We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, especially with its direct access to the Hopson shopping center. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the nearby Metro Line, making it easy to explore Shanghai together with our relatives.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a dedicated lobby area was a letdown, especially for families needing a place to rest after long travels.
